Before entering the corporate world, I had the pleasure of working in nonprofit, where I experienced the incredible difference that even a single determined person can make in the world. Having spent my formative years in the world of music, I'm hardwired me for creativity, improvisation, and collaboration -- defining characteristics that have defined how I work and what I do.

Brought global human rights down to a personal scale, engaging people of all age by telling stories of real people whose lives had been affected by our work. The Stories of Hope, which helped achieve record-high results each year, remain a centerpiece of the program today.
Also doubled the size of a national network of volunteers who raised funds and inspired activists in their communities. And I designed and led a multi-day annual leadership conference for them.
